Hello, so i got recently this OTT TV BOX M5 Android Box and it's running android 4.4.2.
Now, i want to upgrade like to android 5, is it possible using MXQ firmware? It has the same amlogic cpu and, i don't know, i'm a noob lol
So this box is actually making me mad for it's 5 bugs:
-Sometimes when i press ok on the remote the box just shuts down for no reason.
-Youtube, chrome, playstore either don't work or just crash.
-Apps just keep on crashing.
-Really old android ver.
-Apps literally cannot even run.
so umm yeah, that's why i want to upgrade but, even if it does the same, i don't care.
So i want to know what am i supposted to do?
I got twrp working.
I got a backup so everything is fine.
Am i supposted to use amlogic tools?
I know how to get the remove working, but do i need to update bootloader aswell? Because i hope not.
But yeah, if you can help me that would be highly appreciable.
