    MXQ PRO 4K - S905W - 1G/8G - p281 - android v 7.1.2 apps crashes/can't reset !!

    i'm having a problem with MXQ PRO 4K - S905W - 1G/8G - p281 - android v 7.1.2

    it always crashes with all the apps
    i tried to reset it with recovery using a tooth pick in av hole for seconds then putting power cable method, but it won't boot to recovery at all
    it just reboot normally but stocks with logo saying "smart tv" forever !!

    any ideas to solve this problems plz?
