Please help the Picture Freezes voice is continue on IPTV

I have a new TX9s tv box S912 2R/8 Rom. Buil q201 userdebug7.1.2 NHG47L 20190911 test-key. I'm trying to find any firmware or TWRP for this device. I .would like to make a backup before I start messing with it.
This unit when I watch IPTV the picture is freezing and voice continues going on most of the channels. Then on a few channels picture and voice just fine. When I switch to different box Beelink GT1 all channels are ok. What causing this freezes? The Kodi is ok (no freezing issue).
I don't know where to start. I did try external TWRP (recovery.img) for backup loaded on sd card from this site but is not working: https://forum.freaktab.com/forum/tv-...rom-xda-repost
Please help and point me in the right direction.

I found TVRP 3.2.1 working and I finally did a backup of this device.
Question: can I try any q201 firmware from different devices or I need to be very particular?

Look at some of the horror stories in the Alfawise forums.

There is DDR3, LPDDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4 versions(??).
2/8 memory - 2/16 - 3/16 - 3/32 - 3/64?
WiFi and Ethernet will be different depending on who/when manufactured.
They are all q201 family. But choosing the wrong firmware is too easy.
