Mecool M8s Pro+ with Nano Rom

Hi,

i flashed your Nexus NAno Rom a jear ago(it's amazing).
Now is booting till Android Logo and get stuck there.
Wanted to flash again.

My question:
1.) Put in my usb with newest update.zip in.
2.) hold reset button
3.) turn power on
4.) now what are the next steps? (wipe data or wipe cache or wipe partition or update from ext)?
