I didnt check bluethooth, as I dont have anything to check with - it shouldnt matter as wifi/bt chip is the same but if you try I would be intrested with any result.

Everything works! Tested wifi and bt. Running finless 1.6. Started with the highest OC kernel but it kept freezing. Dropped down to the lowest OC and its seems to be stable. Gonna watch a movie via plex now ! :-D

No, this was my first attempt at using an x7 rom on the t428. Not a huge xbmc fan, but if one rom works I assume others would. Try it out and let us know!
