Help revive Mygica 495 max

Hi can someone please assist me with my device, it’s a Mygica 495 max. When I boot it up, the following screen appears, see attachment. I have tried to use the usb burning tool but it does not pick up the device. How should I proceed and which rom can I flash? Thanks

Hello,

I think you need to press the Reset Button on that Device to reflash the Firmware.
Look on the Button of the Device there is a tiny hole I think.
Press it old it and insert the USB Cable.
