need help with t95z 3/32 Please

hi ive joined this site to try get some help. I have a T95z plus 3/32gb and my firmware keeps hanging at the boot screen so I tried atvxperience rom and it got my box out of the black screen but hate the rom as it wouldn't let me install any apps. so I found another stock android rom and now its hanging on the boot screen every so often, so im really looking for a rom that will work, I was looking for redpoison or poison rom (not sure the difference between the 2) but can not find a working link anywhere and I cant think of anywhere else to look or ask so im hoping someone on here can help with a link or anything to help me please.
