Mini M8S II freezing on every custom and stock roms

Hello,

First of all sorry for my english it's not my native langage.

I was on an old nexus rom since 1 year on my Mini M8S II 2Go.
I flash ATV succefully with USB Burning Tool, but after 30 seconds of boot or just after in the setup; the box freeze and if I wait 5-10 minutes, the box reboot.
I tried to flash a lot of custom roms and a stock rom (v112). Same Result ! I tried CoreElec, same result...

Someone can help me ?

I think it can be a problem of emmc. Is it possible to use only USB key or sd card and no emmc ? Thanks
