help identifying android box

I am trying to set up this device marked T95z plus with my logitech remote but I need to know the manufacturer. Can anyone point me in the right direction? The box it came packed in doesnt say anything except for specs

I have tried that but for some reason the TV's cec sends another power signal no matter what I do.
