Hello everybody. there is a 1/8 box. with version 7.1. from provider with 1 application. I want to flash a normal os. but on all versions gives an error test device fail. I can not erase or write. how do i flash a box?

first you need the right Rom , for RK3229 with correct Wifidrivers ,
what stands on the Sticker ???

hi. wifi SSV6051p. I tried firmware from Scishion V88, and like that rk3229. but on all versions gives an error test device fail.

what are this strange Cable on the Nand , this can cause the Error ,

no need for this to reach MaskRomMode , if possible , take it away ,

but maybe the Box is full bricked because of this ....

this button for MaskRomMode. i tried whithout Cable, but not work. box new and worked. i cant erase or flash nand.

it must work without Cable ,

connect the Pins , with a small piece of copper cable or similar ,

hold it , connect Power , then you will hear and see connected in

MaskRomMode , now you can stop holding pins , after this you must

"restore" with correct Rom .

Maybe your PCB is fully bricked because it already fails the test Device ,

pcb new and working. button is soldered to the cable. I press it when I connect usb. then I release the button. I have flashed many times rk devices.. I think the bootloader is write-protected.

i think that this cheap Boxes build like that , if you try to flash other Rom , it bricks the

Loader or similar , somewhere is read that shorting the last two Pins of the Nand does

something special but not sure what and if it helps ??? , hope you find a Solution ,

do you mean you installed Windows10 new , after that flashing Stockrom

worked again , really strange ,
