Which rom should i put on T428

i have a t428, and i want to put the stablest rom for it, can u advice me plz?
is there any tutorial that may help me do this?

LOL! You present your requirements too broadly. Like this you're gonna receive recommendations for each of the ROMs currently available.

Basically each ROM package includes all required tools and detailed installation instructions.

BTW: Lewy's HFW ROM v1.2.1 is not a bad one to start with.

Start by downloading HFW v1.2.1 and reading the included documentation. Then you can go on with the actual flashing.

BTW: Lewy's HFW ROM v1.2.1 is not a bad one to start with.

Lewy's 1.2.x have missing google synch, so no agenda and some people report no map. But it is one of the best for video. If you want stock you should go with 5/30 one if you do not need usb audio. Lewy's or stock need a separate kernel since it doesn't inclued video fix. Molle had produced good kernel, I use one of them. There are two way to replace firmware, with the batchtool (one file) and with RKAndroidTool (multiple files). The last one will be need to only flash the kernel. Take time to read post about firmware (ROM) and kernel.
