This is an older MX10 pro 6K
I have a few newer ones that have little wires soldered to copper foil pads stuck to the case or the sides.
Can i do something similar with say a solid copper wire? Maybe use an RCA style wire that has a hot and a shield and extend it off these 2 points outside the case then solder the other ends to a short length of copper wire bent in a similar shape as the pad on the board?
this unit has about the worst reception of any of my boxes so i just wanted to try and see if i could improve it any
