Slow video performance with RK3066

Hi Guys

I'm António from Portugal. I bought an Android device with this specs

NTech Alexis DX3060IR
Android Mini PC com CPU Dual Core Rockchip RK3066 @ 1,6GHz .
GPU Quad Core Mali400,
1GB DDRIII
8GB Flash

I installed a ROM i got from this forum (NEOTVCROM_1.8a_B13_MK812_NX003_20130823) and then i installed XBMC 13 beta 8

The problem is that video stream is bad, slow and audio have 1 second delay from image !!!

Is there any secret config i should know ?

You can use Archos video player, with the normal player or an other like mx player.
