an Alternatives / CustomRom Android best Android 8 - 9

Not for Android, I believe LibreELEC may work for your device and Armbian/Linux firmwares.

No, Beelink only made Android Nougat firmware and then discontinued the device 3 months later, 3 years ago.
People aren't interested in making custom firmwares for devices with no support and 90% of the bug-fixes and improvements have to be done through updated source-code which developers don't have access to, only the manufacturer can update it.
I hope in future you will buy products from companies that provide support and care about their customers.
