Switches off or locks up t25q

Anyone had or having issues?
Trying to play anything via BBC iPlayer locks it up.
It's switches off and sometimes loses internet access.
I've opened it up and about to Dremel some extra holes in so cool air can get in and hot air escape. Had less issues with my MK1 Amazon box
