buggy display with android 9.0 on amlogic 905x3

hello guys !

I use an amlogic 905x3 box on a 70 inch 4K UHD samsung tv, local hard drive , when I play 4k videos I have some jerks, but I have a lot more when I play 1080p videos ... strange ...

does it this fuc**g cec switch bug ?
if yes , the workaround is to acctivate the CEC switch , or not ?

How , should i check for a better playback ?
