Ap fiber tv box with rk3299 chip bricked

Hi,
Iam a cable operator and have around 50 bricked boxes of this kind and i also have few working boxes ,
The problem i face in these boxes are
1)power LED is dim for bricked boxes
2) boxes dosent turn on

I would like to extract firmware from the working box and i want to flash it to the bricked boxes..
Can someone help me please...!
