Is this the problem I am running the Upgrade or Restore of my Android TV Box in Windows10 64bit???....Or should I use other tools to connect to this TV Box?
I have currently downloaded the latest DriverAssitant_v4.5, FactoryTool_v1.64 and tried with both of these RK_images RK3318_DC_H96_Max_RK3318_HS2734C_9_20190621.2255 / RK3318_DC_H96_Max_RK3318_HS2734C_9_20200326.2225.i mg.
The moment I connect to the TV Box using the USB holding the Reset Button on the TV BOX, after a while I get a window popup saying the
"The last USB device you connected has malfunctioned, the USB recognized failed."
To add on, but at the first time connect it connected and said failed to download the firmware file, for the subsequent connections I am not able to connect to the TV box.
Please help.
