H96 Max+ Firmware Update Fail

Hi everyone!

Today, I wanted to update my H96 Max+ device's firmware, but for a reason, I can't pass through the step with factory tool. I did everything, what the video contains on this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...V94e65sk6ZxdRO

And when I connect my device with the pc, after a few seconds, I got an error message (attached below).

What could be the problem? :/

try factorytool 1.45e or other versions

Thanks mate, it worked! (I tried the latest version before, did not think, that I had to use an older version. )
