What tools for allwinner boxes?

Does allwinner need its own tools to upgrade the rom?

If so what works?

I have a dead MX10 pro cant get it to update using the SD card and cant figure out how to flash it any other way

The only file i have is an image for the SD card so maybe even a USB-USB type of flash wont even work?

not sure think you must use Phoenix Suite , big G always gives answer ,

I have 2 one is working the other cant get past the boot screen and i hate having a brick, only one not working at the moment
