There is a whole repository of modules that do things for specific devices, and some that can add UI tweaks that are very handy. I use it all the time.

For instance, you can go to this site and customize a battery indicator:

UOT Kitchen

Then download your creation and run it as a module from Xposed.

Here some modules that I like:

App Settings: Lets you set different DPI value for each application

BootManager: Lets you prevent apps from auto starting on boot

Play Store Fixes: Always report stock DPI value to Play Store
