There is a whole repository of modules that do things for specific devices, and some that can add UI tweaks that are very handy. I use it all the time.
For instance, you can go to this site and customize a battery indicator:
UOT Kitchen
Then download your creation and run it as a module from Xposed.Randy
Freaktab Developer, Product Reviewer, Moderator and "Flashaholic".

App Settings: Lets you set different DPI value for each application
