strange playback

Hello. it's not too much room, but I do not know who to ask,
on my 3 android box tv, with kodi, vlc, mpv somes videos do not pass or not play well and chopped.
on gsm android device , or pc with sames softs no problems !

an idea , like a setting under android box tv ?
