PROBLEMA EN TV BOX HK1 mini 3318

tengo problema en un Tv Box HK1 Mini lo he usado solo 3 horas se apago el otoro dia fue encendido y cuando estaba colocando el programa para ver tv por online se colgo he le saque la corriente y desde alli se quedo en BOOT y no ha querido salir de alli ya le he echo todo lo que ha mandado de chinba el vendedor pero fue imposible siempre me da fallido y con el otro programa me sale MASKRON y de alli no he ``podido instalar el FIRMWARE necedito una ayuda y he visto de todo pero no algo como esto ya que visto de hacer el corto pero en este no lo he visto por el momento este es de los nuevo que son redondo HKI MINI DE 4 de ram 64 de rom

thanks for using English , can you please translate your first Post too ,

your Problem is you need the right Rom for your Box , first ask the

Seller if he can give you a Link for Stockrom of your Box , then you can

restore it on PC and finally use your Box , best to open up and show

Pictures of PCB , so we all know , but i think it is the + Version ,
