How to go into BIOS.

I bought my voyo mini PC few year ago.
For the first time, I can choose the OS Android or Windows.
Then, I try to update the Windows, but then, the OS can operate only for Windows and the Android disappears.
From that time, I could run only for Windows.
Now, the Windows asked me the PRODUCT KEY,
Where I get the PRODUCT KEY? I see in the box or manual, there are no PRODUCT KEY information.
Do I must reset my mini pc to factory default, so it will be back, that I have Android and also Windows that is no need PRODUCT KEY?
How to enter the BIOS?
Now I use Wireless Keyboard & Mouse.

Hmm...
please go under settings freaktab...and change your nickname
-using your email address..will only get you a lot of spam msg

As for your issue..
Voyo has a good support site.. that says hit F7 on boot-up on most devices
Site also says to disable Fast Boot under windows 10 settings
As for the key...You don't really need a key...to use Win10.. have you tried validate online? or just wait a week to see if it solves it self

Windows 10 is currently garbage ( v2004)
-Updating even when set Do Not update duriing 8:00 and 17:00 (today, making my pc unresponsive)
- even when you hit.. stop update for a week... again..it installs updates ( harddisk 100% in use) ( forcing me to terminate update to get a workable pc)
-Ohh.. you are online during install.. forcing a account on MS (Make sure not to be online during install''
- a error occurt during upgrade install.. whoops your account is nolonger default at boot ( So, auto login fails 3x and you need to wait 15min )
