can't update or reinstall google play store app purchases not available

Have a x10 max kingnovel firmware s905x3 tv box had to re-flash it after no boot and the manufacturer sent a firmware and i flashed it and it runs fine only issue i now can't get my purchases in play store.

I have cleared data, even uninstalled using root uninstaller the playstore app it's self and re-installed a newer version as play store is out of date version 15.xxx apk the play services and google app all updated fine but the play store app keeps saying cannot install and fails to install the update or a new sideloaded apk any ideas what it might be the time and date are fine the account is double checked and correct account i am lost without the ftp server for my cloud i purchased every app asks me to buy it?

Hi there, this happened to me also, i was told it was something to do with api verification and something called notouchauth delegate, due to these boxes using the phonesky apk in place of the bonafide playstore.
I had to download apk extractor and sign in on a legit device, extract my purchased apks from the device with the real playstore installed using apk extractor and then side load my purchased apps to the device containing phonesky apk. Its a real pain but it does work. Only downside is each time you want to take an update fornan app you have to repeat the process over.
It was a lomg time ago, there may be simpler way but this worked for me.
