Hello, can you recommend me any cheap mini PC with BIOS setting for auto Power On after power is restored? I prefer with OS Windows. I need it for showing information from website full screen mode on some TV, thank you.
Do you have any tips for the browser, which run automatically in fullscreen mode?

At work we have few from Hp with AMD A6 5200 ( for video / inquire or submit data via webpage )
-You can make rules like boot on at 7:00 / poweroff at 18:00
Then make a batch script.. at boot start Firefox -fullscreen or use/make shortcut place in startup folder
It also gives option to Set windows in read-only mode ( anti-temper mode )
Yea, I was thinking about buying cheap MiniPC about 100-150USD plus LCD and power scheduler plugin. But I need to know which miniPC has the Always Power On feature. and if the LCD is plugged into power, if it's turn on automatically without pressing any buttons.
I've already have the script for browser and turning off the PC on Windows.
