I struggled to get TWRP to boot on the box, must be on a SD card not on the USB but once booted I was able to successfully flash the image from the first sticky thread here. Everything seems to work well so far but the stock remote doesn't work. I'm did go into the settings and enable remote which was off and also CEC to on just in case. Is there some method for re-pairing the remote?
