[HELP] X96 mini Q6X v2.3 18186

hello I have the original firmware of the box but I have not succeeded in connecting it to the PC USB Bruning Tool does not recognize. I press the connector in the AV socket and then I connect the white USB port to the PC. the indicator is red then turns blue.
