Samsung tool pro Windows version not working

Recently, I tried to install the Samsung tool pro Windows version on my Windows computer. I was able to download the program successful on the PC. But, I'm getting a problem when trying to install the program. When I try to install the program. I have three user accounts (Carbon, Helium, and Oxygen)on my PC. I tried to install the program using my user account (Carbon). But, the program requires a user name and password for the Helium account. I don't know its password. It's used by my sister. I'm wondering why this happens. I have successfully installed several programs before without any issue. I'm very grateful if someone could help me.

The software proberly requires the use of an administrator account to "install" the software
Ask sister helium for the password
Or
Ask another friend / familly member for help.. aka temp access to there pc
Or
Use WinPE or Hirens bootcd
( its a windows version that boot's of a cd or usb stick.. mostly used to fix/recover/data from a non bootable disk )
Install samsung tool after booting winpe..
or
Perhaps a VM windows..
