turning stick on and off

dunno if this has been asked before, i am sure it must have.

i have a cozyswan s400 stick.....this is powered through the mains adapter...is it ok to leave it on all the time?...is there a way to send it to sleep and wake it from a remote command ?....is pulling the power lead out and back in again the normal way to start it up (this can be awkward if behind a tv)

Never had any problems leaving my sticks powered on all the time.

I have a Imito QX1. If it had an actual power button i probably would but have always just left it on. Dont see how it would cause an issue.
