pointer registering clicks issue

i have seen this question asked before but havent seen a definite answer.

just using temple run as an example, if you click on an in-game menu the click isnt registered.

1. can i use tincore keymapper to only let the pointer always register clicks and nothing else?...no gamepad emulation, just to register clicks with the pointer in all apps.....and if so, how do i configure it to do that?

2. i use a wireless keyboard and trackpad which works perfectly for all other functions.....but would another controller register clicks better?...like an air-mouse?...i am thinking of something like the mele f10 pro

3. i am seeing it hinted at i think in posts that maybe finless latest rom has fixed this issue...can anyone confirm that ?

This is an annoying problem for some games but has yet to be fixed in any rom i have tried & iv tried many many roms .It seems like it could be an easy fix but I think theres more to it As it has not been fixed yet im guessing it can not be fixed..Droidmote has fixed this problem but I cant use droidmote as I don't have a android phone :-(
