Spotify Not Working On My Beelink Mini PC

I recently purchased Beelink U57 Mini PC and hooked it up to my TV. It is running Windows 10 and working fine. However, I cannot seem to play Spotify on it. Each time I try playing Spotify, it shows "oops something went wrong" error. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for replying. I had already tried reinstalling multiple times before with no fix. However, I found this yesterday and learned that the issue was with my Spotify account and not with the PC. I simply needed to change my account address to the billing address of the family plan I was using.
