I got 2 engineering sample for testing. Here is the testing result for share. The earlier version used internal antenna. Signal receiving ability is weak. The newest version using an external antenna, signal strengthened. QX II come with aluminum back cover, improve the heat dissipation capacity. Front cover is a piece of acrylic film. You can view the circuit board inside.

IMito_RK3188_1080P_V422_131024 support true 1080P output. I converted 2 blue ray movies (Avatar and Man of steel) for testing. The result is excellent. The frame rate of these two movies only 23, I will increase the frame rat to test it later. Here are some screen capture of the movies.
The movie properties:
This stuff supports 720P USB cam. According to the technical manual, android supports automatically recognize uvc and rk29camera drivers. It only support yuv422 data format USB camera. Mjpeg data format is not supported. I have tested Logitech C310. It works very well. Due to the build in camera app always stopped. I have to install third party camera apps to test the photo taking function. I checked the internet, seems many devices have this issue after upgraded to 4.2.2.
Video conference
I tested few IM (QQ, skype, oovoo). The video quality is very good. For Skype, If no camera detected, the apps would dropped the connection. You need to plug the usb cam on the USB port directly, if not the camera would not be detected sometimes.
Picuntu
I can download picuntu to QX II. Bluetooth no works, mali400 GPU no works. I can connect to the internet by the build-in wifi. I tried to upgrade it to 13.10, but the GUI can't be loaded any more after upgraded. Other function still works. I will try it more and post the result later.
