MQX Pro 4K

Howzit Everyone

I have a MXQ Pro 4K tv box, however the red and blue LED in the front goes on together but the tv box does not switch on. I have tried to do a hard reset as well but nothing happens.

Has anyone had this problem / issue before? The board says R329Q V3.2
