Any rom redy for Tronsmart T428 with android 4.3?

I have trouble believing that the current generation of RK3188-based miniPCs will ever see a 4.3 ROM (unless it's a community effort AOSP or Cyanogenmod one). Tronsmart, for starters, seems to have abandoned the T428 totally.
