I am disappointed. It can't play 4k h265 video. I have a green screen and autoframerate don't working.
Android v11 firmware is very bad, hope there will be an update soon.

Never buy these no name tv boxes as they will have bugs that will never get fixed.
These manufacturers only check if the box turns on and gets a picture, no checks for video playback or sound are done.
The chances are very slim that your device will get working firmware.

If that is RKMC then uninstall it.
It was made for Android 5/6 and discontinued several years ago.
Not sure why the manufacturer includes such non working software, they clearly don't know what they are doing.

Are you using the preinstalled Kodi player? IF so then uninstall that sh*t version, it creates many problems, and install a completely fresh Kodi 19 from the Play Store.

A new kodi may help, but like Mo said if the Firmware itself is bad then you most likely are stuck on that firmware and won't get an update.

I have the same issue green screen when I play video 4k with X-plore-4.26.00 . No issue with videos HD 1080.

rk3566 is fast and does not heat up. I really think it's android v11 issue.

I have not found a tool to make a backup of the rom. So at the moment I am stuck with this firmware which is not rooted.

They use DriverAssitant v5.1.1 and FactoryTool v1.72.2 tools to burn firmware "X88pro_rk3566_4d8_11.0_ap6255_20210401_r1(X88 pro20).img".
I can't find these versions of DriverAssitant, FactoryTool and firmware. Does anyone have these versions for me?
