mk802IV - Adaptor Problem Audio Out

Hi all,
I boughr mk802IV for my tv which has only DVI Input.
So, I bought a hdmi splitter ( http://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B00A...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ).

I can see the output but no sound.
I tried with original rom, last update of 2013/10/17 original rom and also with the neomode 1.7 Hybrid.

I tried also to connect to another tv with hdmi input and everything was fine.

So, possible issue colud be the adaptor that can be broken (I'm going to send it back).


Can I try something in order to solve the issue?

Are you sure to use PC AUDIO port instead of RCA?
You need a cable like this http://www.cavionline.com/images/600...cd74_large.jpg to connect your hdmi splitter to PC AUDIO port.

I noticed you are italian so i explain also in our language.

Quando selezioni l'entrata PC, le televisioni si aspettano che l'audio arrivi dalla porta jack da 3,5'' solitamente indicata come PC AUDIO e che somiglia ad una entrata per cuffie.
Se hai collegato i cavi all'entrata RCA pertanto è corretto che tu non senta l'audio. Ti serve un cavo come quello che ti ho indicato sopra per collegare l'hdmi splitter alla connettore audio corretto.

On my TV I have Audio DVI Input, so I've connected the red and white audio connectors there.
More, I've connected the red and white audio connectors to my amplifier with same results.

No, it's a RCA connectors.

My tv is a Humax LDE 40A
Here there is an imageof the connectors(https://www.google.it/search?q=humax...l%3B1152%3B864)

Anyway I have no audio also connecting the RCA connectors to Hi-Fi.

If there is no audio also connecting it to hifi RCA, i think the problem is the hdmi splitter...it colud be broken or not compatible with the android device.
