Wi-Fi not working after changing kernel?

    Wi-Fi not working after changing kernel?

    For some reason after I changed kernels, the Wi-Fi looks like it is trying to "turn on" for a while but then "turns off." What about changing a kernel can cause this and is it fixable w/o removing said kernel?

    Are you sure that the New kernel is for your device?

        Yes. And yes I have a Minix Neo x7 and I was flashing a kernel made for Finless ROM 1.6.

          Pizza is correct. My X7 does the same with the 1608/600/667 kernel by Peter.

          I'm normally using Ethernet only, so I just noticed that behaviour.

            what kernel are you using?

            I use phjanderson's 720p cpu1800h/gpu600/ddr720

                Which ROM/device are you currently flashed to? I was using HFW but switched Finless and it is working fine now. I am on a Minix Neo x7.

                  My x7 is flashed to finless' 1.6 with phjanderson's kernel. It's great!, no lag, really fast, good for gaming and video playback is very smooth.

                    i use the kernel_phja_1080_vsfsam_cpu1608h_gpu600_ddr667 and works fantastic my minix neo x7.
