Howto get Target soc and Target RAM information from uboot.img?

Folks I have uboot.img and I would like to know which is this for...

I have faked RK3228A box with LPDDR and I would lilke to know wether found uboot supports LPDDR3...

Any help appreciated

No need to compare

Use Hex Editor Tool and open up as if you are going to edit

HxD tool is Excellent

You can view almost any file type with HxD

Have been viewing android 10 image
