Hi, all USB ports on GS king pro and it's remote control stop working. I can't navigate at all, I did a full reset but still every mouse/keyboard/track pads I plug in the ports does the work. Is this a hardware issue or can installing a wrong recovery. img do this? Thank you.

If you have a male to male USB cable, try connecting the box to a computer to check if the computer recognizes the box.
Or try flashing a stock ROM through the SDcard method. -

Hopefully it's just a windows incompatibility, but, I'm sorry to say it's not looking good so far.

Right now the only thing that occurs to me is opening it and take a look at the electronics on the board to see if there are any obvious faults, for example, any burned capacitor, which would be an easy fix at a electronics repair shop.Comment
