Hi i have the above box and its stuck on red light i have tried flashing firmware with amlogic burning tool
but box not recognised ive tried a few usb cables i think i need to short pins but which ones and how do i open this box

hi, really sorry, i do not have this box anymore, i think it is without screws and short pins are on the pic i posted

Thanks anyway for replying i think Scooter the moderator said he found it a bit of a puzzle opening it but did not enlighten us to how he did it any thanks for the pics on the shorting i will try it when i get it open i think its glued i will try applying heat

Nikanuka I managed to open the box no heat required just used a pry tool started at narrowest edge of box worked my way along twisting pry tool came away easily shorted pins in your photo and firmware installed working box again thank you for your help
