I tried but device stuck at boot screen.

open factory tool config file with notepad, "Selected=2" will make language English.

Then load firmware and choose restore option.Hopefully all will be OK and boot up.

Yes tried english and with restore option gives successfull info but when I connect to tv stuck at rockchip logo
