This always happens when a new version of android appears. First comes the stability of the system, and then the rest of the components, such as gapps, and other applications are added. So far I found gapps, but I still do not know how to get google certification. But this is a little time and probably there is an answer to this. There are developers like phhusson and others who are working on it. There are also ATV gapps, but I have not been able to install them on previous versions for some reason.
