H96 MAx + don't boot ( + what's the short pin location with picture)

Hello all ,

I have a H96 Max + that don't want to boot at all (red light when i power it up)
I tried to update the firmware but it's not recognised by 2 of my computers ( tried many version of rockchip assistant driver , and Factory tool)
I sax many people using the Short Pin Method but i don't know which pins should I use ? Here are the picture of the PCB
