X96-W Bricked (S905W) - not mini version

Hey guys,


I have tried to install my coreelec from sd to internal emmc. Now it seems that the box is in a bootloop. It is in a red/blue blinking loop.

SD/USB burner doesn't work for me. USB burner can't detect the device and with sd card i am stucked because I can't reach recovery mode with toothpick method.

In this forum I have seen many short nand pin pictures - but none for X96-W. The board is labeled as Q5W V1.0


Maybe someone else got the same problem and has a solution for me.

Hello everyone,

after I shorted the pins, the BOX was recognized in the USB burner. Everything works again. Interesting fact, even if I didn't get the right pins (box didn't glow blue, but solid red), the tool recognized the box.
