    HELP PLEASE!!!!

    This tv box can't install any apps. when i try the android system return the message "App wasn't installed" and nothing more. Then i tried to hard reset (button) but theres not a button in the AV direction (see the image please). What can I do for hard reset this tv box please?

    Hi @michaelfoggin , The yellow pins seem to be on the same Ground plane so I would try to short yellow with the pink circle, as per below. What device is it? Do you have the model number? - Synology External Storage


    or from terminal execute command reboot recovery, and delete dalvik/cache (or do factory reset).

      thank you for fast reply. I'll try the short soldering pads now and bring the result. thanks again!!!

      edit: sadly short soldering pads didn't solve the trouble. where can i find some guide about terminal command? please!
