Hello friends, sorry for my english. I have a H96 Max which is having problems. I bought the tv box new a few months ago, just two days ago I opened the packaging, turned it on and everything ran normally. I suddenly rebooted it and automatically entered the recovery indicating that it had boot problems. I tried to flash with official firmware in three softwares and one finish the flash, but when I connect in the TV, it doesn't turn on and only has a red light. It looks like it's Brick. I opened the box, I was looking and on its motherboard it says that it is an RK3328, but on its exterior it says that it is an RK3318, it has me confused. I also saw in some tutorials making a small short circuit. I tried again to flash in several applications but it only lets flash in one. Even so the tv box does not turn on. I need help.

Hello brother, thanks for your answer. I downloaded several versions of the stock firmware because of the information that appears on the motherboard. Even so, the box remains completely off with a red light. Only the computer recognizes the box when connected via USB by pressing AV as Masked mode. I tried all three Rockchip programs but only one completes the flashing process and the box still won't turn on.

Hi ,
you mean MaskromMode , you need the right Firmware , ask the Seller ,
but maybe something bricked inside , while flashing stopped before 100% ,

That's what's strange. I have previously bought from the same person and I have flashed in mask mode with other boxes. But that specific H96 turned off and did not turn on again, although in one on the 3 softwares it completes the flashing but it still never turns on. I bought the tv box a long time ago, it no longer has a guarantee, I'm just opening it. I bought 3 of them and only one has this serious problem.

Hi ,
trash it , if it not works after full flash , for sure some Chips or similar
are broken , for sure you will never get a new FW for your Box , like A11 ,
dont waste your Time with this broken Box .
I still have a UT4 but because of old FW it can not really be used anymore ,
