Patreon account to help Freaktab forum survive.

Hi there guys/girls.
I'm thinking on creating a Patreon account for all users who might want to help with the costs of the forum.
Since lately the costs of the server increased, and as you might notice we do not have no advertises to cover its increasing costs.
For the past 15 months all the cost are going out of my pocked, and with inflation as big as it is now i need to think in reducing some of my bills and that means Freaktab might need to go.
I cant continue to support it all from my own pocket.
So i'm open to suggestions on Patreon ideas, that do not include me doing on demand custom roms/fw since that i won't do as i do not have the time to do it (i have my own job that takes priority).

Hello,

I use an old tablet as a server at home for some boring tasks.
The only expense I have is in the electricity bill, which is almost nothing since it's a low power device.
I read there is free forum software that could be installed on linux, so it seems to be an option to me.
Now, I have no experience with it, have never set up any forum servers...

Maybe Sponsers/advertising is not such a bad thing ?

Today there are 3000 plus guests online
That's 3000 plus peeps that could be viewing ads...

Of course then is more Administrative work for you.

About guests, yes i think is time to close guest access to the forum.
I did not wanted to do that, but i do not see any other way!
As ads, i really did not want to add since i think they are annoying and any blocker kills your revenue if enabled, but i will think about them.
I did try to get some advertisers but it seems, tvbox company's stop caring about FT...

So could post date when closing
Encourage guests to register before closed.

4 cores CPU ARM
24 GB Ram
200 GB Storage
1 Gbps bandwidth
