HDMI to RCA signal conversion done automatically by unit?

Since I use an old projector I am running out of digital connectivity....

On **** a Chinese seller sells hdmi2rca cable and posts this picture. So the Android unit converts to analog signal?

Says cable us transmition signal only

You would need HDMI to AV adapter/converter
Little device with HDMI in RCA out.
Power by USB
One I have has PAL NTSC switch also

Can only watch one thing at a time anyway
