The USB Burning Tool can not detect my device

I'm currently using SDMC DV9135, nearly I wanted to flash my device to new firmware version, but I met a issues that the Usb Burning Tool can not detect my device like this guidee video:
Then, I've installed some older version of UBT but nothing happened.
Please help me for the sollution
